This page explains, in plain language, what the game Munch Colony and the Cosmic Eggs n Toast website do with data, and which companies are involved.
Who is responsible
ATALAIA TECNOLOGIA LTDA, a company registered in Brazil, operates the Cosmic Eggs n Toast brand and is the controller for Munch Colony and for this website.

What this covers
The game
The Munch Colony mobile app, including its in-app purchases, its diagnostics and its ads.
This website
The pages on cosmiceggsntoast.com, including this one.
It does not cover what Google, Apple or any other company does under its own privacy policy. Those policies are linked under third-party services.
What the game saves on your device
Munch Colony saves your play state in your device's own app storage. There is no account, no sign-in and no cloud save. It saves:
- Your progress: how many levels you have cleared, your coin balance, which items you own (remove ads, the Swarm theme, the Robots theme), which levels you have mastered, a counter used to pace interstitial ads, and the purchase delivery IDs described below.
- Your settings: whether sound effects are on, and which theme you chose.
This saved file is not uploaded to us, and we cannot read it. But that is not the same as saying nothing about your play leaves the device: separately from the saved file, the game reports gameplay events that describe the same kind of activity — which level you started or finished, coin amounts involved, which theme you selected. Those events are described under analytics and crash reports.
Purchase delivery IDs
When a purchase is delivered, the game records the identifier the store gave that transaction, so a transaction the store sends again is never paid out twice. For a coin pack on Google Play, when the store gives no transaction identifier, the purchase token from the receipt is used as that identity instead. These identifiers stay on the device, inside your saved progress.
In-app purchases
Purchases run through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The items are: remove ads, a 500-coin pack, the Swarm theme and the Robots theme.
- Payment happens inside the store. The app does not receive your full card or bank details. It receives which item was bought, whether the purchase went through, and the transaction identifier. The stores also report sales to us as the seller.
- “Restore purchases” asks the store to send back the items you already own so the game can re-apply them. Coin balances and other consumable packs are not recovered by Restore Purchases.
- What the store keeps about your purchase, and its refund and cancellation rules, are governed by Google's or Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
Analytics and crash reports
Munch Colony uses Google Firebase (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) for gameplay analytics and crash reporting. Which services a given version uses depends on the platform and the build: the Android build includes Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, and the iOS configuration is not finalised. Assume these services are in use unless we say otherwise here.
The gameplay events we send are: level started, level won, level mastered, level restarted, deadlock reached, undo offered, undo used, power-up used, rewarded-ad result, the button you chose on the result screen, presentation speed changed, coin goal seen, theme selected, theme unlocked with coins, and coin-pack value seen. The details attached to them are gameplay values: which level and how hard it is, speed, the action you chose, coin amounts, targets and mode, and the theme and its price.
Crash reporting receives errors the game did not handle, including the error and the internal stack trace that goes with it, plus a report when saving a power-up purchase fails.
We use this to see which levels are too hard or broken, and to fix crashes. Google processes this data under the terms that apply to those services. The Firebase kits also collect their own information about the device, the app and its installation, including identifiers, and they may process data whenever they are included in a build. Google's documentation is linked below.
Ads
Munch Colony shows Google AdMob ads in two places: a rewarded ad you choose to watch, and an interstitial ad after every third newly cleared level. Buying “remove ads” silences the interstitials only; the rewarded ad stays available for players who want the reward. The Android build includes AdMob; the iOS configuration is not finalised, and iOS builds currently use sample ads, which does not mean the advertising kit processes no data.
Google and its advertising partners receive the ad requests and may collect device and advertising identifiers and similar information in order to select, deliver, cap and measure ads. On iOS, the game declares the identifiers Apple's SKAdNetwork system uses to attribute ads.
The game does not show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and it has no consent dialog and no in-app switch to turn analytics, crash reporting or personalised ads off. That is not a promise that no advertising identifier is involved. Your device's own settings for ad personalisation and advertising identifiers still apply.
Device permissions
The game does not ask for your location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera. It needs internet access for ads and diagnostics.
This website
These pages are plain static HTML and CSS. There is no analytics, no advertising, no contact form, no sign-in and no cookie set by us. The only way to reach us from here is the support email address.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the pages, Cloudflare processes ordinary request information such as your IP address, your browser's user agent, the address you asked for and the time of the request. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy, linked below.
Email you send to our support address is received and stored by Fastmail, our email provider, so that we can read it and reply.
Third-party services and their policies
These companies handle data under their own policies, which can change independently of the game and this site. Please read them.
- Google — Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob, Google Play: Google Privacy Policy, Firebase privacy and security, how Google uses advertising technologies.
- Apple — App Store, SKAdNetwork: Apple Privacy Policy.

How long data is kept
What the game saves on your device stays there until you clear the app's data or remove the app. How your device treats app data on uninstall, and whether it goes into a device backup, is controlled by your device and its backup settings, not by us. Data held by Google for analytics, crash reports and ads is kept under Google's rules and the retention settings on our project. Support email is kept for as long as we need it to handle your request and keep a record of it.
Your rights, and how to use them
Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), and other data-protection laws where they apply to you, give you rights over your personal data: typically confirmation that processing happens, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, and information about sharing. To make a request, email support@cosmiceggsntoast.com and tell us what you want. We will tell you what we can and cannot do, and why.
Two honest limits:
- We often cannot tell which records are yours. Your saved progress, settings and purchase delivery IDs stay on your device, and the analytics and crash reports we receive are not tied to a name, email or account that we hold. So for most requests we have no reliable way to find your data. You can delete what is on the device yourself, by clearing the app's data or removing the app.
- Removing the app does not undo purchases. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling the game does not cancel a purchase, trigger a refund or reverse a charge. Purchases, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own rules, so you have to go to the store for those. It also means you may need “Restore purchases” to get your items back.
Changes to this policy
If we change what the game or the site does with data, we will update this page and change the effective date above.
